What was your most memorable sporting moment? (This could be you playing in a big tournament, a big sporting venue or experiencing a sporting event that inspired you)
My most memorable moment has to be when I competed at CGA champs in 2019 winning the long jump and qualifying for Nationals. It was such a memorable moment for me because this is the moment when I realized just how far I can go in my sport and it gave me the drive to work harder and harder and to keep on bettering my PB. It also taught me to never underestimate anyone, anything and especially myself as I didn’t except to do well as I hadn’t been having a great season barely jumping over 5 and I was only 16 and a whole year younger than most of my competitors as I was competing u17. That day I jumped 5,37m and have never underestimated myself since.
